After proving a popular event in 2021 our summer picnic is back again for 2022. Once again we'll be holding the picnic on top of Stanage Edge (the popular end) for easy access for bringing food/drinks up to the crag. The plan is to go climbing, walking, cycling during the day on Saturday (climbing will be at Stanage Popular). Then we will gather on top of the crag at 6:30pm for a picnic dinner, bring your own food/drinks.

As an extra bonus for this year we are also taking this opportunity to celebrate significant birthday's coming up for club members Tony Hextall and Rachel Singleton (no spoilers on the ages, you'll have to ask Tony/Rachel yourself). After the picnic there will be drinks/cake over in Baslow for those that would like to continue the celebrations with Tony/Rachel. If you'd like to join in RSVP to Andy Potter so we know who to expect. 

Also on the Sunday there will be climbing as well and some club members are planning to camp overnight in the Peak to make the most of the weekend.
