About the Event
We are staying at the Low Hall Garth Hut near Slater’s bridge. The hut sleeps 12 people and is in a very quiet location away from the crowds, but is well situated for the Langdales or Conniston. The hut is conveniently located about 20 mins walk from the Three Shires Inn, nice beer and food. Parking at the hut is very limited, only 4 vehicles. There is apparently other parking relatively close by, so we could do shuttle runs.
Because of the parking situation NO camper vans, however there are campsites nearby. Both the National Trust Campsite at Langdale and also the Skelwith Fold Caravan Park take camper vans.
The cost is £42 for adults, £15 for children aged 5 to 15. Children under 5 are free and those over 15 pay the full adult fee.
