We've got the Barrow Mountaineering club hut 'Coppermines Cottage' booked for our trip to the Lake District on the May Day bank holiday weekend. The Lake District has a wealth of climbing, walking, cycling, etc to suit all tastes and abilities. It's £30 per person for the three night stay at the Barrow MC club hut. You'll need to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow, plus whatever food and drink you want for the long weekend. As it's a long drive to the Lakes it make sense to share lifts where possible so we can co-ordinate this between those that are attending nearer the time.

Places are limited for this trip so you need to RSVP here on the website and then confirm your booking by paying for your accommodation in advance. Only places which have been paid for will be reserved.

This is a family friendly meet so there will be members children present.
