We traditionally have a family meet at the club hut each year and for 2025 we are doing it right at the start of the school summer holidays giving us a whole week available for adventures for all ages. Our family meets are primarily aimed at club members with children (or grandchildren). They are a great opportunity to introduce the next generation to all types of adventures. Previous family meets have included climbing, scrambling, walking, cycling, wild swimming, geocaching, trips to the beach, etc.  

This meet has an has an extra option to stay on at the end for a joint family meet with the MAM club at their hut in the Ogwen valley. We will leave the Bowline hut on Friday 1st August and for those that want to stay on for the weekend we will head to the MAM Club hut (Glen Dana) in the Ogwen valley…
